Where are you based and do you travel?
You bet I do! My hometown of Lillington is only a hop-skip-and-a-jump away. Just say the word, and I’ll saddle up and hit the road. Whether you’re a quiet little farm, tucked away in Southern Pines, a working cattle ranch in Boone, or a beachy barn on the Outer Banks, I’ll meet you in the place you love most. No two shoots are the same, and that’s what makes it an adventure! Travel rates depend on location—give me a holler, and let’s plan your perfect session.
Standard pricing includes travel within an hour of Lillington, NC.
What should I do to prepare my horse?
A little prep goes a long way! Give your horse a good grooming so they shine in the photos, and make sure they’re calm and comfortable before we start. They’ll pick up on your energy, so take a deep breath—this is going to be a fun, relaxed experience! Clean tack, a few treats in your pocket, and maybe a quick ride or groundwork session beforehand can help set the tone. Most importantly, enjoy the moment—these photos are about capturing the energy and spirit of your horse!
When will we get our photos?
I’m just as excited as you are to see the finished images! I do my best to get your gallery to you as quickly as possible—typically my turn around is about two weeks—but I always aim for sooner. You'll receive your fully edited gallery and link to download all of your photos. I’ll keep you posted along the way, and I promise—good things are worth the wait!
How many photos will we receive?
For Simple Sale sessions, you’ll receive 8-10 images and for High-Performance sessions 25-35+. I will take a lot of photos during our session, but I thoughtfully narrow it the very best—the ones that highlight your horse’s movement, conformation, and personality BEST—making sure they stand out in the crowd. Quality over quantity is the goal, so you get a polished, professional set of images ready to grab attention!
How we will receive our photos or videos?
I like to keep things simple. Your photos and videos will be delivered via an online gallery, with easy, one-click downloadable, hi-res files. You will be able to simply share them or use them however you need.
